Aurona Weideman and her daughter May have created a charming haven from a bygone era at Nostalgie in the centre of Oudtshoorn in the Klein Karoo.

The menu ranges from classic to eclectic, including wonderful, traditional Ostrich and Karoo dishes.

There is an extensive selection of Breakfasts - using Free Range eggs, and home baked breads warm from the oven.

Fresh cakes and scones can be nibbled on while sipping tea in the shady garden.
